Our cancelation policy
In case you need to cancel your session please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
We will charge a 40 euro cancelation fee for all cancelled or rescheduled sessions.
All appointments not cancelled within 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
In the rare case we need to cancel your session you can either receive a refund or reschedule your session, no fee.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is required before a session or package can be booked.
